Invitation from the Boston National League Club to the August 18th, 1915 game between the Boston Braves and St. Louis Cardinals celebrating the opening game of newly constructed Braves Field and the raising of the 1914 World's Championship Baseball Pennant immediately preceding the game. Gold embossed Braves logo at the top. On upper back in vintage blue ink is written "Opening of Braves Field". Lower half of back has paper residue from album removal. Covering about 2/3 of the right edge of the invitation is a darker stain, which shows up also on the back. Measures 6 3/8" by 8". Great piece of Braves Baseball History!
