One page letter written November 11, 1941 on American Baseball Club of Philadelphia letterhead to a friend, giving him encouragement concerning the man's illness. Sharp looking 9/10 blue steel-tip fountain pen signature. Letter measures 7 1/4" by 8 1/2" and has the original fold marks. The bottom of the page, containing no writing, has been cut off.
