Forrest Gregg was the Green Bay Packers star offensive tackle during their Vince Lombardi dynasty years, winning five NFL championships and the first two Super Bowls. Gregg’s Hall of Fame playing career spanned 1956 through 1970 and he went on to coach in both the NFL and college. Here we have two of the tools of his trade – Gregg’s game-worn cleats. Gregg wore these during the height of the Packers dynasty in the mid-1960s when they won three consecutive NFL Championships from 1965-67.

The Riddell football cleats show a tremendous amount of wear to the black leather, original laces, and soles. The plastic material around the metal spikes has worn off on several individual cleats. Gregg's uniform number "75" in dymo label tape is affixed to the outer heel of each shoe. On the interior of the right shoe, "75" is again marked in black pen. Best of all, Forrest Gregg has signed the interior of the right shoe in bold black marker, adding, “Worn Mid-1960s.” A true piece of pro football history that looks as battle-tested as any pair should by a Hall of Fame lineman. Includes LOA from Beckett for the autograph and inscription.
