This lot features 10 single signed baseballs encompassing a unique group of baseball greats connected by the fact that all were former Major League managers. Seven now reside in the hallowed halls of Cooperstown either as a player or manager: Bill Terry (8/10 blue fountain), Leo Durocher (7/10 blue marker), Lou Boudreau (8/10 blue ballpoint), Frank Robinson (8/10 blue ballpoint), Sparky Anderson (7/10 smeared blue marker), Bob Lemon (8/10 blue pen), and Bobby Cox (9/10 blue pen). The remaining three balls were autographed by three skippers not in the Hall of Fame but certainly up for consideration: Bill Martin (9/10 black marker), Charlie Grimm (8/10 red marker) and Harvey Kuenn (9/10 black marker). Seven are ONL Charles S. Feeney balls, two are OAL Lee MacPhail (Cox & Kuenn) and one is an OAL Bobby Brown (Anderson). Plenty of MLB history represented in this lot.

Includes letter of provenance from the daughter of a longtime MLB executive whose name will be revealed to the winning bidder. Balls pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
