Basketball Hall of Famer Bill Walton was a 1977 NBA Champion with the Portland Trail Blazers, a two-time NBA All-Star and was named to the NBA Finals MVP in ‘77. For the record, he won a second NBA title in 1986 with the Boston Celtics. This lot offers Walton’s autographed Portland Trail Blazers game worn road warm-up suit. On the front right tail of this warm-up jacket is his player number “32” in white tackle twill. On the left chest is the Blazers team logo patch and a second, smaller “32” also in white tackle twill. Across the back reads “Portland” in red on white tackle twill sewn directly into the jacket. Walton signed the front of the jacket in black marker and it ranks 8/10 in our book. This jacket is properly tagged with a “Rawlings” manufacturer’s label [size 44] on the inside collar. The matching black warm-up pants include the proper “Rawlings” label [size 36] on the inside waistband. This outstanding set displays appropriate wear and represents one of the more lovable championship teams, coached by Jack Ramsay, in NBA history.

Includes COA from PSA/DNA for autograph.
