This group of signed balls was procured by the Cardinals' unofficial team dentist during the team’s Stan Musial era. Each of the team signed balls – 1943, 1959, 1961 (2) and 1962 – contain Stan Musial along with his supporting cast of Cardinal stars.

The Spalding ONL (Frick) ball from the 1943 pennant winning team features Musial along with Mort and Walker Cooper, Max Lanier, Johnny Hopp, Harry Walker, Debs Garms, Frank Demaree and more. The 1959 ball features among others, Bill Smith, Ernie Broglio, Joe Cunningham, Harry Walker and Larry Jackson. The two 1961 balls have Ken Boyer, Curt Flood, Johnny Keane, Harry Walker, Joe Cunningham, Bill White, Ed Olivares, Johnny Keane, Jimmie Schaffer, Ernie Broglio and others. The 1962 ball has Don Ferrarese, Curt Flood, Curt Simmons, Bobby Shantz, Dal Maxvill and many more. The 1943, 1962, and one of the 1961 balls are on official Spalding National League balls while the other two are on store bought models. The condition of the balls range from the shellacked 1943 ball, which has some surface chipping and heavy toning, to the cleaner and more natural 1961 and 1962 balls. A great collection of both stars and journeymen who made the Stan Musial-era Cardinals an exciting, championship caliber ball club for multiple decades.

Includes LOA from the family of the St. Louis Cardinals' dentist in the 1940's and 50's. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA (autographs).
