Presented here is a nice selection of 11 single signed baseballs from stars of the Negro League. All of the balls are signed in blue ink on OAL or ONL balls. The some of the ball have some yellowing to a varying degree. All of the autographs are signed in blue or black ball point pen and would rate 8-9/10.
The balls by condition:
Yellowing throughout: Judy Johnson and Cowan "Bubba" Hyde.
Some minor yellowing: Judy Johnson, Cool-Papa bell, Buck Leonard, and Monte Irvin.
Near white with minimal yellow spotting: Leon Day, Ray Dandridge (2), Minnie Minoso, and Larry Doby.
All balls are PSA/DNA pre-certified
Includes a Letter of Provenance from The Newport Sports Museum.
