NOTE: This extremely prestigious "lifetime achievement" award has been presented to only four players in basketball history, including Jerry West and Oscar Robertson. In addition to being amongst the most physically impressive trophies in Havlicek's vast collection, it is also among his most elite honors.

There are trophies ... and then there are trophies. The famed shoemaker Adidas presented this massive, 43 lb. behemoth to John Havlicek shortly after his retirement in 1978. Two granite slabs provide the oomph that might have made this particular trophy a bit cumbersome at the podium. One 17-by-10-inch slab serves as the base for another 16-by-15-inch section that serves as the backdrop. An Adidas right shoe has been given the bronze-like treatment with gold-leaf finish, producing a remarkable presentation that is further accented by a 12-by-8-inch gold-finish plaque that is roughly equally divided between an image of Havlicek in an All-Star Game jersey and a full paragraph of text saluting the Hall of Famer and eight lines of text detailing many of the important records and honors from his career. Easily one of the most unique trophies ever created and still in the same condition as issued 35 years ago. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
