This heavy, metal Halliburton suitcase was used on official Celtics road trips by the legendary John Havlicek, whose No. 17 is imprinted in green near the handle. "Boston Celtics" and a green shamrock appear on the front of the suitcase directly above an enormous black Sharpie Havlicek autograph nearly a foot long. Havlicek added a "H.O.F. '83" inscription, a curiosity of getting the date wrong by a year, which we'll cheerfully attribute to jet lag. The suitcase - 24-by-18 inches and 7 inches deep - opens to reveal a largely intact interior, which has several separating panels that have experienced considerable staining, plus various accoutrements designed for dress shirts and pants, including hangars and racks. The suitcase shows significant wear and handling, including the expected scuffing, scratches, occasional dents and residue from removed stickers, etc. - in short the kind of wear you might expect from a steel suitcase that had logged perhaps hundreds of thousands of miles. It also has an Japan Airlines identification tag with Havlicek address. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
