Unitas has signed and inscribed “H.O.F. 1979 #19” on each of the items. The helmet is signed above the Colts logo in bold, blue permanent marker providing excellent eye appeal. The football is signed in the panel underneath the NFL Logo in bold, silver permanent marker. The signed Indianapolis Colts helmet is accompanied by a Full LOA from Beckett Authentication (Cert. #: A12365). The Official NFL Football is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA (Cert. #: M72533).
