In the 1960's a thoughtful Ohio woman wrote sympathy cards to Jacqueline Kennedy in 1963 after the death of President John F. Kennedy and again in 1968 to Ethel Kennedy after the assassination of her husband, presidential candidate Robert F. "Bobby" Kennedy. Not expecting anything in return for her well wishes, in both instances elegant "form letter" responses were sent to the Ohio woman, including in President Kennedy's case, an 8" x 10" black and white photo of the first family (the President with Jackie, Caroline & JFK, Jr.) and also an impressive 8" x 10" black and white portrait of President Kennedy. All pieces have been preserved in their original form a "time capsule" since then, and are now fresh to the hobby. These pieces are a must for any collector of Kennedy memorabilia, America's version of "The Royal Family."
