This lot offers a wonderful pairing of two Jack Nicklaus single-signed items in a 16’x20’ autographed 1986 Masters Tournament photo and Callaway golf ball. Jack Nicklaus arguably the best golfer in the history of the PGA, leading any other players in Major wins with 18 total (6 Masters, 5 PGA Championships, 4 U.S. Open's, 3 Open Championships). An incredible winning span from 1962-1986, Nicklaus was on the top of the golf world for well over twenty years. The photo grasps a beautiful moment of Nicklaus teeing off on hole 18 with spectators close by on a narrow tee shot through the trees with a bold, blue autograph in the bottom left-hand corner. Nicklaus would go onto win the 1986 Masters tournament, his final Major win on the PGA Tour. The Callaway golf ball features a bold autograph signed in black permanent marker for great eye appeal. Both items are accompanied by COA’s from Steiner Authentication as well as a PSA/DNA full LOA (Cert. #'s: AH04378, AH04379).
