The great Jackie Robinson broke Major League Baseball’s color barrier on April 15, 1947. He won the National League “Rookie of the Year” honors in ’47 and just two years later was named the N.L. Most Valuable Player. This lot features a cut signature of Robinson’s paired within a framed and matted display with a Leroy Neiman color print of Robinson, which the world-renowned sports artist drew in 1996. The measurements of the framed display piece are 20” wide by 26” high. The Robinson signature in blue ink appears strong and rates a 9/10 in our book.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
