1989 San Francisco Giants cap and practice mesh jersey game worn by Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage. Gossage spent part of 1989 with the Giants, appearing in 31 games, going 2-1 with 4 Saves and a 2.68 ERA. "GIANTS" in black with orange trim sewn on front. Large "54" sewn on back in the same black with orange trim. Rawlings Size 48 tag inside sewn in collar. Some light stains on back. New Era Pro Model size 7 3/8 black cap has orange "SF" sewn on front. Light blue "54" on underside of bill has smeared somewhat over time. Both jersey and cap exhibit light to moderate wear. Gossage has signed and inscribed the front of the jersey in black. The bill of the cap is signed and inscribed in silver.
