1977 Pittsburgh Pirate Cap and yellow road jersey game worn by Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage during his one year with the Pirates, 1977. Gossage had a very good year in Pittsburgh, winning 11, with 26 Saves and a miniscule 1.62 ERA. Yellow road jersey has "PIRATES" and "54" in black with white trim sewn on front. Huge "54" in the same black with white trim on the back. Rawlings Size 44 and "SET 1 1977" tags in front tail. Jersey display moderate heavy use. Gossage has signed and inscribed the front of the jersey in black.
New Era Pro Model size 7 3/8 "Stovepipe" yellow hat with black stripes and bill has been signed on the underside in 8/10 black felt tip pen Goose Gossage". Gossage has also signed the top of the cap in black. A "54" in black marker is also present. Cap displays moderate/heavy use.
