Super Bowl XLIV took place on February 7th, 2010 in Miami, Florida when the Indianapolis Colts faced off against the New Orleans Saints. An iconic Super Bowl match-up between two of the NFL's finest quarterbacks in Drew Brees of the Saints and Peyton Manning of the Colts. The game remained close until the 4th quarter when New Orleans put up 15 points while holding Indy to a scoreless quarter. Led by Coach Sean Payton and Quarterback Drew Brees, the Saint would win Super Bowl XLIV 31-17. Brees would take home the MVP honors for his 288 yards and 2 TDs. Offered in this lot is a game used football from Super Bowl XLIV autographed by MVP quarterback, Drew Brees. Brees inscribed "SB XLIV MVP" below his signature in bold, silver permanent marker for excellent display.
