Hank Greenberg played in the Majors for 17 years and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1956 after winning two World Series titles and two MVP awards. This amazing vintage portrait photograph of Greenberg in his beloved Detroit Tigers uniform features his black pen signature that rates 7-8/10 for strength and eye appeal. The inscription reads, "Best Regards From" and "February 7, 1946." The 8x10 photo with a one-inch white border appears to be 2nd generation (i.e. Type II) and presents in EX condition with some creased lines (most visible in upper quadrant of his forehead and lower right quadrant of his arm). Condition overall is EX/EX-MT. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (AH04385) for the autograph.

*This 1946 autographed and inscribed B&W photo is currently in the process of being encapsulated in a PSA/DNA jumbo holder. The pandemic has created a delay in this process, but rest assured it will get done for the winning bidder.
