Very rare and possibly unique OAL(Barnard) baseball signed by both Hall of Famer Ed Walsh and his son Ed Walsh Jr. Over his 14 year career from 1904 through 1917 Walsh posted 195 wins versus just 126 losses including an amazing 40 wins in 1908. His 1.82 lifetime ERA is still number one on the All-Time ERA list. Ed Jr. also played for the White Sox from 1928 through 1932, compiling a 11-24 record with a 5.57 ERA. He passed away in 1937, 9 years before his more famous father. Matching, strong 7-8/10 vintage black ink signatures "Ed WALSH Sr." and "Ed Walsh Jr" nicely placed together to the right of the National League stamping. PSA/DNA indicates there are faded signature(s)/writing on the other panels. Ball itself exhibits quite a bit of wear but both signatures display beautifully!

Includes a Letter of Provenance from the Helms Athletic Foundation/LA84 Collection.

Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
