Game used baseball from the August 9, 1961 contest in which the Los Angeles Dodger Hall of Fame right handed pitcher hit his first and only Grand Slam. Drysdale hit the blast in the 2nd inning off Milwaukee Brave right handed pitcher Don Nottebart in route the a 8-4 complete game victory at Dodger Stadium. On the ONL(Giles) baseball Drysdale has inscribed "1ST GRAND SLAM 2ND INNING DODGERS - 8 BRAVES - 3 AUGUST 9, 1961". Ball displays good game use.
