Don Drysdale’s illustrious, 14-year MLB career was honored by his election into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York on August 12, 1984. Many accolades and awards followed including this beautifully designed mounted 1984 Baseball Hall of Fame bat plaque that was awarded to Drysdale from the Louisville Slugger Company. The oversized award, which measures 38” wide by 13” high, includes a full-size, 36-inch Louisville Slugger Hillerich & Bradsby Don Drysdale professional model bat that’s been etched with the words “MEMBER OF THE BASEBALL HALL OF FAME” right on the barrel. In addition, the plaque holds a metal image of the front of Cooperstown right next to a large silver “Louisville Slugger Award” emblem. The award is finished off by a silver nameplate near the barrel of the bat that reads: “DON DRYSDALE INDUCTED INTO HALL OF FAME August 12, 1984 Cooperstown, NY.”

Includes LOA from the Drysdale Family.
