In 1966, the Los Angeles Dodgers won the National League pennant after posting a regular-season record of 95-67. Managed by Walter Alston, the Dodgers finished one-and-a-half games ahead of the runner-up San Francisco Giants. This marked the organization’s 16th N.L. title. Though they lost to the American League Champion Baltimore Orioles in the World Series, it was still another banner year for the franchise. Their top right-hander, the late Don Drysdale, posted 13 victories that season and stuck out 177 batters. This is Drysdale’s specially engraved 1966 L.A. Dodgers National League Champions Rolex wristwatch that he was awarded following the season. Still in fine working condition, the watch and its brown leather wristband remain brand new as it was never worn by the pitching legend. It comes complete inside its original green Rolex presentation box with its original paperwork included. On the back of the watch, it is engraved with the following text: “LOS ANGELES DODGERS 1966 NATIONAL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS D.S. DRYSDALE.”

Includes LOA from the Drysdale Family.
