Presented here is a 1970's-era California Angels team issued warm-up jacket that has been autographed twice by the legendary Nolan Ryan. The Hall of Fame hurler penned a lovely, large signature on the Halos' vintage logo patch on the reverse in bold black marker for excellent eye appeal. A second signature in black can be found on a sewn-on white panel below the inner collar tagging. The size 42 jacket has the appropriate Goodman & Sons manufacturers label with an illegible handwritten word in faded ink (a player's last name or initials perhaps). It matches the style worn by players during that period, but we can only attribute wear/issuance to Ryan or an Angels teammate. The provenance previous to our consignor is unknown. Overall, the jacket shows very light wear and remains in immaculate condition with no flaws or blemishes. Included two snapshot photos of Ryan signing the jacket and a full LOA from Beckett for both autographs.
