This is one of the most striking and visually impactful action shots we have seen of the “Big O.” Photographer Darryl Norenberg positioned himself directly beneath and just behind the basket and waited for the perfect moment to capture Robertson as he released the ball from his gigantic palm. The atmospheric image shows toning throughout and sharp edges to the white borders. The reverse had several Darryl Norenberg stamps along with the original caption slug affixed. Certainly one of the finest action shots of Robertson in existence! The photograph measures 7 1/2” x 9 3/4” and has been encapsulated and graded a Type 1 by PSA.
