This tremendous portrait study of The Babe captures the great man during his long career. One can see in The Babe’s face all the years of hard living and tough ballplaying that made him the greatest of all-time. While the Babe gazes out past the photographer, this museum-worthy Type 1 silver gelatin portrait measures 7 1/2” x 10” and has a roughly trimmed and uneven border with some paper loss to the edges.
