Circa 1970-72 John Brisker ABA Pittsburgh Condors signed team-issued photo with a strong 8/10 blue ballpoint pen signature. Brisker was one of the most feared, volatile, and talented players in the ABA, averaging over 26 points per game in his three seasons with the Pittsburgh Pipers/Condors. After signing a long-term contract with the NBA's Seattle Supersonics, he averaged a disappointing 11 points before being released. In 1978, he traveled to Uganda and disappeared. Sources believe he became a mercenary for dictator Idi Amin and was executed when the dictator fell from power. His case remains an unsolved mystery. The photo itself in nice condition with some paper loss at the top two corners where it was probably taped to a wall at some point. A very rare ABA/NBA autograph!
