Favre's bold 10/10 silver marker autograph is featured on the top portion of a panel with his iconic number "4" just below and 7 statistics inscribed throughout the remaining space. Inscriptions include, "HOF 16," "SB XXXI Champs," "3X NFL MVP," "11X Pro Bowl," "1995 NFL OPOY," "4X NFL Passing TD Leader" and "2X NFL Passing yds Leader." The ball presents in NM-MT condition with some hardly noticeable toning. The ball includes a JSA COA affixed (WP610828), a Favre hologram sticker, and his autograph has been pre-certified by Beckett Authentication Services.
