Outstanding signed example of the 1948 Babe Ruth First Edition autobiography "The Babe Ruth Story," as told to Bob Considine. Beautiful 9/10 Babe Ruth autograph in black ink has been carefully signed inside on the title page. The book pages and 49 different black-and-white plates throughout the first edition, 254-page, 5 3/4 by 8 1/2 inch book are in clean, lightly-used condition. Dust jacket outside is in outstanding condition with just a few nicks and small tears along the top and bottom edges. Dust jacket inside front has some discoloration along the inside edges. Three of the four inside corners have been neatly angled off about 3/8" to the edge about 1 1/2" inches in. Book and dust jacket of this age are not usually found in such nice condition.
