The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce decided to honor one of its most revered citizens when it commissioned this dramatic bronze sculpture that seemingly approaches the 50-lb. mark in what must have been one of the most, uh, stressful and logistically challenged award presentation ever to a major sports figure. The award, which at first blush prompts imaginings of a tombstone, is a massive bronze piece 14 inches wide, 11 inches high and 4 inches deep. An angled top features "MIAMI" across the top in all-caps. The base is beveled wood 17-by-8 inches and 2 inches high. Palm trees and evocative Florida design elements adorn both sides and the back; most of the back is taken up by an imposing sculpture of the Miami skyline. On the front is "Angelo Dundee" and the year of his induction 1990 directly above "The Greater Miami Sports Hall of Champions," which presented the award to Dundee at its annual induction dinner in 2002. Comes with a 5-by-8-inch invitation booklet (Ex-Mt) and similar size 32-page souvenir program(Ex); bronze sculpture is essentially as-issued and problem free.

Comes with an LOA from the Dundee Family.
