3rd base bag from 7/6/2007 MLB game between the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Angels. During this game, Alex Rodriguez tied Lou Gehrig on the MLB All-Time Home Run list blasting his 493rd homer out of Yankees Stadium. The Yankees would outlast the Angels 14-9 by the bottom of the ninth. The third base bag was used from the first inning through the fifth inning of this cross-country showdown. Excellent game use is prevalent as dirt from the infield covers the top of the bag. The plaque on the side reads "New York Yankees". A great game used piece from a significant game in New York Yankees and Alex Rodriguez history.
