These sneakers jumped (or should we say, swung) straight off the page of a comic book and onto the court. Offered here is a game issued pair of Donovan “Spida” Mitchell’s signature shoes, the “Marvel X D.O.N. Issue #1 ‘Iron Spider’”. These sneakers were designed based on the famous webslinger, Spider-Man’s suit of the same name. Designed by Tony Stark, Iron Man, in the comics his suit sports a new red and gold look as opposed to the classic red and blue.
The sneakers feature Mitchell’s spider logo on the tongue and the autograph appears on the inner midsole of the right shoe (note that just one of the shoes is signed). Mitchell’s signature is in bold black marker, 7/10.
These sneakers, which come with a Beckett Certificate of Authenticity, Knicks ballboy LOA, are perfect for comic book geeks and basketball fans alike.
