The NBA was a tough transition for J.J. Redick, but after a few trialing seasons the former Duke standout has worked hard to become a consummate pro and one of the deadliest 3-point shooters in the game. He remains Duke's all-time leading scorer, a true testament to his grit and determination in the face of a whole lot of unwarranted hate during his college years. After four solid years with the Clippers, Redick signed with the 76ers ahead of the 2017-18 campaign and immediately gave them the outside threat they've been looking for. He averaged over 17 points per game and shot 42% from beyond the arc in his first season. His scoring average has climbed to almost 18 this year as the Sixers look to make an even deeper postseason run.
