This lot offers a 2000-01 Tim Duncan San Antonio Spurs team issued jersey. The size 54 +4 length Nike official jersey remains in excellent condition and was likely used by Duncan during the '00-'01 campaign. "SPURS" is radially arched and displayed on the front in custom black and grey tackle twill. Centered on the front and back is the player's number "21" sewn on in black with grey outlined tackle twill. An official NBA logo is embroidered onto the left shoulder while a 9/11 memorial patch is sewn into the right shoulder. The jersey shows evidence of laundering and light wear which would be typical for a jersey worn one to two games. Duncan averaged 22.2 PPG, 12.2 RPG, 3 APG, & 2.3 BPG during his 2000-01 campaign. The San Antonio Spurs had a Western Conference-best 58-24 record entering the playoffs and made it to the Western Conference Finals before being swept by the Los Angeles Lakers. The jersey is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from Sports Investors Authentication (Cert. #: 211124M1).
