The late, great Bill Russell will forever be remembered for his numerous legendary achievements on the hardwood. Offered here is a scarce 1999-00 Upper Deck Legends Bill Russell Legendary Signatures card autographed in bold blue marker by the iconic Celtic. The SGC Mint 9 example exhibits no visible flaws and is the only example graded by SGC (and, thus, the highest). With only 5 graded by Beckett and 7 by PSA, that makes for just 13 total encapsulated by the three grading giants. Among those 13, only one has achieved a higher grade than this gem. Due to the low number of graded examples and the fact that other subsets in similar UD nostalgia issues from this era contain hand-numbered editions, we have every reason to believe that fewer than 50 of these cards packed out and made it into the hobby.
