On January 25, 1998, the AFC Champion Denver Broncos claimed their first Super Bowl title by defeating the Brett Favre-led NCF Champion Green Bay Packers, 31-24, at San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium. Following four less-than-memorable Super Bowl defeats, the Mile High City team had finally broken through to claim the franchise’s first Lombardi Trophy. Broncos’ running back Terrell Davis took home MVP honors that night after rushing 30 times for 157 yards and scoring three touchdowns. A year later, Denver would win its second straight Super Bowl title by defeating the NFC Champion Atlanta Falcons, 34-19, but nothing could ever take the place of the team’s first profession football championship.

Offered here is the 14K Gold Super Bowl XXXII ring that was awarded to the team’s assistant strength and condition coach, Greg Saporta. On the top it boasts an interlocking real diamond display of the Broncos' team logo; the horse's mane is made with Australian diamonds, while its neck contains Quadrillion diamonds. They sit on a sea of diamonds bordered by the words "WORLD CHAMPIONS." There are five diamonds on either side of the ring's center, representing 55, which was the combined point total of the two teams (31 + 24). The size 13.5 ring's left side has five additional diamonds embedded on a gold crown, each one symbolizing Denver's five trips in total to the coveted Super Bowl. Inside the top of the crown can be found the four previous seasons (’77, ’86, ’87 and ’89) as well as the eventual winning ’97 season. Above the crown, in raised letter’s, is "SAPORTA.” Below it is the NFL logo and a raised football. The ring's right side displays the Lombardi Trophy and an engraving of Qualcomm Stadium, the site of Super Bowl XXXII, with a real diamond serving as the football on the Lombardi Trophy. Below the trophy can be found the logo for Super Bowl XXXII. Ring has been re-sized, which has obscured the original stamping on the inside. The ring weighs 64 grams and comes packaged inside its original Denver Broncos/Diamond Cutters International case.

Includes LOA from Greg Saporta and full LOA from PSA/DNA.
