In just his second NBA season, Kobe Bryant and teammate Shaquille O'Neal highlight this signed Los Angeles Lakers team ball from the 1997-98 campaign. The Lakers won 61 regular season games and advanced to the NBA Western Conference finals.
All signatures on the Spalding NBA Indoor/Outdoor ball are in bold black marker with the exception of Shaq, which is brightly signed in silver marker. Kobe Bryant has signed as Kobe.
The staff of Head Coach Del Harris and assistants Kurt Rambis, Larry Drew and Bill Bertka have autographed the ball.
