Hall of Famer and 3,000 Hit Club member Paul Molitor batted .341 in 1996 when he swung this bat for the Minnesota Twins. At age 39, "Molly" had himself one of his finest seasons, leading the AL in hits with 225 and driving in a career-high 113 runs to win his fourth Silver Slugger award. The Louisville Slugger P130 exhibits evidence of excellent use with a very slight crack on the upper handle. Several ball marks and stitch impressions are visible on the left and back barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers. There is a slight coat of pine tar on the upper handle. The bat weighs 31.6 ounces and is 33.75 inches long. Molitor signed and inscribed "1996" in silver marker on the front barrel.

Accompanied by a letter from John Taube of PSA/DNA graded GU 9 and Beckett LOA for the autograph. Better yet, the bat comes with a letter of provenance from '96 Twins teammate Brent Brede who procured the broken bat directly from Molitor and got him to sign it.
