ADDENDUM: Jersey was not game-issued. It was released by Scoreboard following the 1989 season. Most Scoreboard jerseys did not come with the last name sewn in collar, which typically would verify a jersey as game-issued. This one did.
Mike Schmidt Philadelphia Phillies home jersey signed on the front by Schmidt in beautiful 8-9/10 black felt tip pen. Rawlings (Scoreboard issued) white pinstriped jersey has large, maroon "20" and "P" stitched on the front with "SCHMIDT" name plate and large "20" stitched on the back in the same maroon tackle twill. Philadelphia Phillies Freedom Hall patch adorns left sleeve. Rawlings size 44, "SCHMIDT", and "SET 1 1989" tags in back of collar. Great autographed piece from a member of the 500 Home Run Club and 1st ballot Hall of Famer.
