This pair of tattoos are very similar in appearance, although one is Topps and the other is an O-Pee-Chee panel. Pete Rose is the prominent player on each example, with the O-Pee-Chee panel featuring White Sox player Ron Kittle as well. The 1986 Topps perforated tattoo was graded PSA Gem Mint 10, while the O-Pee-Chee panel received a Mint 9 assessment by PSA.
