The premier feature of the example is the all-time hit king's signature and inscription "Best Wishes" in blue ballpoint pen across his portrait image. Graded by PSA PR 1, the card shows signs of wear, likely due to age and handling, yet it remains a highly coveted item due to the scarcity, and Rose's signature and inscription.
