One of only 2 GEM MINT PSA 10's. Northrup spent almost all of his 12 year career with the Detroit Tigers and played a major roll in bringing them the Championship in 1968. He had a 3 run home run in Game 6 of the 1968 World Series and drove in the deciding run off ace Bob Gibson to win Game 7 and the World Series Title for the Tigers. Interesting that Northrup and Oyler are on the same card. In the 1968 Series, Tiger manager Mayo Smith moved Mickey Stanley from center to shortstop to replace the light hitting Oyler. Northrup moved from right to center for Stanley.
