Beautiful Rawlings Silver Glove Salesman Sample Award has a 6 1/2" by 16" by 3" wood base with a silver colored real glove on the left, a silver colored baseball on the right, and a 12 1/2" diamond shaped baseball field in the rear. In the 1960's, the Rawlings Silver Glove Award was presented yearly to the top fielding players in the minor leagues. Glove stamped "NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ALL-STAR FIELDING TEAM", ball etched "1963", and diamond etched "1962 RAWLINGS SILVER GLOVE AWARD". Base etched "PRESENTED ANNUALLY TO EACH OF THE EIGHTEEN PLAYERS SELECTED FOR THE SPORTING NEWS MAJOR LEAGUE ALL-STAR FIELDING TEAMS". Great looking award!
