The 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers staged a season to remember. They finished the regular season with a record of 98-55, good enough for tops in the National League, and outlasted the New York Yankees in a thrilling World Series, four games to three. The club, managed by Hall of Famer Walter Alston, was packed with future Hall of Famers including Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, Gil Hodges, Roy Campanella and a 19-year-old southpaw named Sandy Koufax. This lot features a team-signed baseball from the ’55 Dodgers with Alston’s signature in blue ink gracing the sweet spot. In all, the Dodgers branded baseball boasts 24 autographs including the aforementioned Hall of Famers along with other notable players including Carl Furillo, Johnny Podres, Roger Craig, Jim Gilliam and Carl Erskine. The signatures of Snider and Loes have been deemed clubhouse. An incredible collection of Dodgers greats on one baseball! Includes a full LOA from JSA.

Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
