The 1954 Red Heart Baseball set was issued with a brand of dog food, offered beginning in 1954 as a mail-in request with labels from the different flavors of Red Heart. The set is now considered to be one of the classic sets of the decade, with just 33 cards, issued in three separate series of 11 unnumbered cards. This set is ranked #7 on PSA’s registry with a GPA of 8.34, each card at PSA NM 8 or higher. This set has the bark and bite of baseball icons like Mantle, Musial, Snider, Spahn and Kiner, and well worth getting yourself into the doghouse for adding this eye pleasing treasure to your collection!
