Offered is a scarce high-number and even more scarce Short Print from the colorful 1953 Topps baseball issue. This #276 Ken Raffensberger has earned a NM-MT 8 assessment from PSA. As of this writing, there is only ONE copy graded higher and PSA has never assessed this card with GEM MINT status. This is a great chance for any set registry builder's out there trying to achieve 1953 Topps greatness.
