Featured is Hall of Famer Willie Mays' only recognized rookie card. During Mays rookie campaign, he had a slow start but broke out with a homer against fellow HOFer Warren Spahn. Mays would finish the season batting .274 with 20 home runs and 68 RBI. This 1951 Bowman #351 example is graded GOOD 2 by PSA. The highlights of the card are super sharp corners and a colorful front. The centering and some handling wear along with some staining on the back prevent this card from grading much higher. Decent eye appeal and a great investment or addition to any collector seeking a rookie of the Say Hey Kid.
