Presented is a 21" x 22" cardboard advertising sign featuring 1950s "New York Champions" Casey Stengel and Leo Durocher promoting Chesterfield Cigarettes. The popular New Yorkers and baseball managers are pictured enjoying a Chesterfield while a banner captioned, "New York Champions" flies above. Printed midway down the display are the words "Chesterfield / New York's Largest Selling Cigarette." Several modest creases and areas of surface wear have been minimized by minor restoration, yet the sign retains apparent VG-EX quality. Framed.
