Chesterfield enlisted five of America's best known sports heroes as spokesmen for their product in the late 1940's. This is an outstanding example of their full color store display featuring five leading athletes, all hawking the merits of Chesterfield Cigarettes. The 1948 cardboard display features Lou Boudreau, Ben Hogan, Jack Kramer, Frankie Albert, and Joe DiMaggio. The visible area of this 13-1/2" by 20-1/2" sign appears to be in solid EX/MT condition with bright bold colors and no visible restoration. Framed.
