Excellent original photograph of the World Series Champion 1939 New York Yankees presented in a 13 1/8"x17 3/4" frame. This would be the fourth consecutive title squad for the Yankees. The rear of the frame has been inscribed with each teammate penned in by Lefty Gomez. Notables included in the photograph include Gehrig, Ruffing, Gomez, Hoag, Dickey, DiMaggio, and more. The photograph and the frame remain in mint condition with little to no blemishes throughout.
