Queen Elizabeth reigned for over 70 years, the longest of any verified reign for a female monarch in world history. Before she began her reign in 1952, she appeared on this Godfrey Phillips card at the age of 11 in 1937 as Princess Elizabeth. The card was given a NM-MT+ 8.5, a remarkable grade for the nearly 90-year-old issue. It features great coloring and sharp corners.
