July 23, 1934 government postcard signed by 20 members of the 1934 New York Yankees, all in the same 8/10 overall black pencil. Hall of Famer Babe Ruth, placed directly at the center is a magnificent 9-10/10 looking pencil. Other players are: Lou Gehrig(HOF), Red Ruffing(HOF), Bill Dickey(HOF), Lefty Gomez(HOF), Earle Combs(HOF), Burleigh Grimes(HOF), Frank Crosetti, Dan MacFayden, Russ Van Atta, Ben Chapman, Jimmy DeShong, Dan Heffner, Art Jorgens, Johnny Murphy. Red Rolfe, John Broaca, Jack Saltzgaver, Myril Hoag, John Allen. In dark blue steel tip pen ink another hand has written "NEW YORK YANKEES BASEBALL CLUB". Postcard has pair of small tears at each side from album removal. Postmarked side has heavy glue staining and paper loss from being placed in an album. NO stains show through to side with autographs.
